Terms of use

Draft terms for the pilot. These will be reviewed by a solicitor before launch.

Who can use Sa Bhaile

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information about yourself.

Hosts may only list a room in a home they own and live in as their main home.

What Sa Bhaile does

Sa Bhaile helps hosts and lodgers find each other, talk safely and write down what they agree. Sa Bhaile is not a party to any arrangement and does not handle money.

Identity checks are carried out by a verification partner. They confirm identity only.

What's not allowed

Discriminatory listings or messages, asking for money before a viewing, listing a space that isn't part of your home, requests for personal or medical care, and harassment of any kind.

We may remove listings or pause accounts that break these terms.

Reports and safety

We review every report. We may pause a listing or conversation while we look into a concern.
